RULES & GUIDELINES

Richlanders,

We have a few important guidelines for our co-op. Familiarize yourself with our rules and it will be smooth sailing ahead. Aye! - Aye!

1. Regatta participation is optional but you MUST OPT OUT if you don’t participate. The setting is located in the upper left of your town. Open the general settings wheel, then open additional settings. There you can toggle on and off your regatta participation. Be certain to hit save to lock in your changes.  We have specific seasonal regatta guidelines listed below. You are expected to follow them. If you are not looking to actively race at least somewhat regularly this co-op may not be the best fit for you.

2. We are actively recruiting but please do not send invites without vetting your applicants through the co-op leadership, especially if you are new to the team. So, if you have a helpful friend you want to bring along, please let us know. We encourage you to bring your friends. It is important that they view this site first to be sure they would be happy in our group.

3. Limited reservations are allowed on tasks that require preparation (production, growing, and islands). All other tasks are first come first served.

5. Elders are encouraged to keep the task board moving by deleting tasks under 128 points. We typically do not see more than three or four tasks at the max value of 135 points at a time. It is not commonplace to see a board with all tasks over 130. Our players are encouraged to keep their point average above 130 for the sum of all their available tasks.

6. Opting in and posting a zero will result in being automatically opted out of the next regatta. It is also grounds to be kicked. 🥾

7. Prolonged inactivity without notice in the chat is grounds to be kicked 🥾

8. Kicked players will receive explanations and invitations to rejoin if they are welcome back. ️

9. If you leave the group, please say goodbye. Don’t be a Scallywag and leave mid race. We care about our team.

RULES ANCHOR

We race to win!

We love helping - We love 🍀s!

During Weeks 1 & 2  we race to maintain our League Status, have fun and win prizes. Ideally you are asked to complete at least 8 to 10 tasks at 128+ points. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find an accommodation provided you can solidly be relied on for point contributions to the team.  ⚓️

Week 3 & 4 are reserved for our highly competitive players ONLY! Crew members who can not complete all tasks at 135 points must OPT OUT or will be opted out by leadership. Please be willing to do the extra task. Our goal in Week 3 & 4 is to advance leagues and win the 1st place prize! 🥇

We chat!

Please scan chat for important messages. We offen use CAPITAL LETTERS to set them apart, we aren't yelling, it's just a limit of the game design. We enjoy talking and joking around. Humor is welcome here. We also thank each other and regularly use stickers. If chatting isn't your thing that's okay but important info gets passed along in the chat. So even if you are not chatting please scan the chat history regularly. This is especially important during relay races.

Please ask for and offer helps, no need to be shy. As long time players we can attest the to the value of helping. It is essential to success on this platform. Try to balance what you take with what you give. We have a lot of lightning fast helpers so let us know if you are having a hard time being quick on the draw. Takers will be kicked after a warning. 🥾

Join us on Discord!

Crew with elder status are given the option to join our private and anonymous Discord Server. There we can have group chat without character limits. We can also DM individual players, share photos and links, and even voice chat. We sometime host Jack Box games and do other activities to share time and grow the team spirit during this crazy Pandemic.
